Jack Downey joined BCI’s Sacramento office in May 2015 as a member of the Research and Information Services Team.
He oversees the maintenance of BCI's customized trade regulation databases. Jack also assists with the production of market research reports and the BCI Monitor, a weekly subscription newsletter covering global regulatory and trade issues.
Jack is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics. He also studied business economics at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Prior to joining BCI, Jack worked at the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, California’s single point of contact for economic development and job creation efforts.
