About
Heather Daveno joined BCI's Seattle office in 2001 as the firm's office manager. Heather is responsible for BCI corporate office operations as well as project and staff support. She also serves as the administrative assistant to Mr. Rosenberg.
Prior to joining BCI, Heather provided office support for a software testing company in Bellevue, Washington. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade managing a program serving medically fragile disabled adults in residential settings. Her role included providing program oversight, staff management and client monitoring, as well as serving as liaison between clients and families, the medical community and Washington state social service agencies.
Heather has served on the board of a for-profit organization supporting 400 artists across the PNW, where she took on the role of newsletter editor, social media manager, and spearheaded the development of their new website. She now volunteers as manager of the Powerhouse - the community art studio for the Fremont Arts Council - and has recently been elected to the board of that non-profit organization. Heather is a textile artist whose work has been shown in galleries and art shows across the U.S. and London for the past 40+ years.
