Emma Skousen joined BCI's Seattle office in January 2025 as an Office Administrative and Market Development Assistant and has since transitioned into the role of Business Operations and Program Coordinator. In this expanded role, she supports BCI's executive team and staff, coordinates across teams, manages the firm's internal tools and platforms, and oversees grant-financed programs for several clients.
Before joining BCI, Emma worked as an Operations Manager at a farm and as an Executive Assistant for her family's knitwear company, which operates in Nepal and Montana. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management of Information Systems from the University of Montana.
During her time at UM, Emma interned with a maker nonprofit, providing technical insights into stakeholder data. She also contributed to several project management teams as a Systems Analyst, gaining valuable experience in client relationship management.
