We were proud to be represented by Claire Little at the recent Women’s Fresh Perspectives Regional Pacific Northwest event in Yakima, Washington. Hosted by the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA), the conference helped build community and created space for women in agricultural roles across the industry who keep agriculture moving every day.
Through panel discussions, personal stories, and networking opportunities, participants explored themes such as courageous leadership, resilience, work-life balance, and the importance of community and mentorship. The event created an open and supportive environment where attendees shared experiences, built connections, and left feeling encouraged, inspired, and empowered in their careers.
