The Global Access team at Bryant Christie Inc. has been monitoring and responding to the trade policy updates impacting our clients in recent weeks. While these feel urgent, we’ve spent the past 30+ years tackling complex trade issues like tariff barriers, phytosanitary restrictions, or pesticide residue limits. In 1993, we helped resolve a costly issue in Japan where a slight curve in a label’s design held up thousands of boxes of exports. Years later, we worked to prevent a major disruption to U.S. potato exports over pesticide standards in Korea, with hundreds of issues in between.
