BCI’s Director of Global Access, Alinne Oliveira (she/her), recently visited the EU Minor Uses Coordination Facility (MUCF) in Budapest to collaborate with the Commodity Expert Group(CEG) on Minor Uses in Hops. Representing the U.S. Hop Industry Plant Protection Committee (USHIPPC) and German Hop Growers and Industry Associations, Alinne shared critical updates on EU priority substances under review and progress in international MRL harmonization—vital efforts for a sustainable and compliant hop industry.
