On March 15, Matt Lantz, BCI’s Senior Vice President for Global Access met with the USDA offices in Bangkok to talk about market access issues for U.S. agriculture to Thailand. Matt discussed opening the market for U.S. apples from the East Coast and Midwest, tariffs, and harmonizing pesticide maximum residue levels. Thailand presents a strong market for U.S. agriculture exports.
