In July, Matt Lantz, BCI's Senior Vice President for Global Access, traveled to Ingolstadt and Tettnang, Germany for the International Hop Growers Congress (IHGC).
Held once every two years, IHGC brings together the world's hop industries. Matt, a recipient of the IHGC's Order of the Hop, addressed the group on trade policy issues affecting hop exports, including tariffs and pesticide Maximum Residue Level (MRL) standards.
While in Germany, Matt met with hop growers and merchants and toured the country's hop industry firsthand.
