From September 25-27, Sarah Gelpi and Pamela Araoz (of BCI’s Market Development team) attended the 8th annual Women in Agribusiness Summit (WIA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
At the Summit, Sarah and Pam attended panels featuring the viewpoints of women leaders in varying roles within the Agribusiness sector, including U.S. State Commissioners of Agriculture, farmers and ranchers, and executives. The Summit also included breakout sessions and presentations on the latest international trade news, innovations in ag, industry outlooks and trends, and other forward-thinking topics facing agriculture.
