Bryant Christie Inc. is pleased to represent multiple clients at the 57th Session of the Codex Committee on Pesticide Residues (CCPR 57), held in Beijing, China, September 7-12, 2026.
BCI's Alinne B. Oliveira and Aya Stockton attended the session, where delegates worked to establish new international maximum residue level (MRL) standards to facilitate trade.
Codex maximum residue levels (CXLs) are internationally agreed food standards covering pesticide residues in or on food. They play a critical role in enabling market access while protecting consumer health, and are informed each year by recommendations from the FAO/WHO Joint Meeting on Pesticide Residues (JMPR).
Participating in CCPR is part of BCI's ongoing work helping clients navigate international regulatory standards that shape market access for agricultural, food, and beverage products.
