Bryant Christie Inc. (BCI), an international affairs firm, is searching for an Office Administrative and Financial Management Assistant. This candidate will provide assistance to the company CEO, conduct general office duties, and handle invoice review and processing for clients’ export market development programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and focus. Excellent written communication skills are also required. Experience with administrative assistance, meeting logistics, and finances is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk duties (greeting clients, preparing conference rooms, phones and email)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail (USPS/UPS/Fedex)
- Supply management including office and break room supply, business cards and other print materials, conference and special project needs
- Coordinating BCI-paid staff lunch orders (first Monday of each month) and breakfast (third Monday of each month)
- Job posting, resume vetting, scheduling interviews, onboarding new staff, coordinating benefit management with BCI’s Accounting Manager
- Oversight of USDA Civil Rights training and compliance requirements
- Corporate website management in coordination with senior management and the Seattle office manager
- Aiding CEO with booking travel including but not limited to trade show registrations, lodging, and Visas for international travel
- Filing Lobby Disclosure Act quarterly reports
- Invoice review and processing for compliance with U.S. government grant programs with an emphasis on international product promotion
- Audit preparation
- USDA online grant application uploads and submissions
- Other assignments as requested

What could set you apart:
- College degree
- Familiarity with MS office applications, bookkeeping, and/or data entry
- Previous experience or familiarity with federal or state grants and financial compliance
Location: Midtown Sacramento
The selected candidate will be required to be in the office five days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break. Physical presence in the Sacramento area is required.
Compensation Range: $24 - $28 per hour, based on skills and experience.
